✔ Full last name and first names of all authors
NOTE: If you submit more than one abstract and some of the co-authors are included in all of them, please make sure you write their names in the same format in all abstracts, in order to avoid the errors that might occur in the Abstract Book index.
✔ The affiliation of all authors (presenting author and co-authors): institution/hospital, department/section, city, country.
✔ The title of the abstract in English
✔ The content of the abstract should not exceed 250 words. It is recommended that you use the Word Count option to fit the 250 words restriction.
Please make sure the abstracts do not have any grammatical or orthographic errors. The papers will be published in the Abstract Book as they have been submitted by the participants, without revision.
Fill in the field with the required information: first and last name, the affiliation of contact person, phone number and email address.
Please note that the person mentioned in this step will receive all information regarding the evaluation process of the submitted papers and the scientific program allotting.
If the person included in this step is not the presenting author/speaker, it is their responsibility to send them all relevant information regarding the submission.
Click on the Next Step button.
List the authors in the order you want them to appear in all meeting publications. Spell out completely the names of all authors using full first and last names. Maintain consistency in author names on multiple abstracts to avoid duplication in the authors Index.
Tick the Presenting Author case to state who will be presenting the paper during the meeting.
Please note that only 10 (ten) authors can be added, including the presenting author.
After filling in all the required fields, click on the Next Step button.
Please note the following rules when submitting your abstract:
✔ it is mandatory that the abstract is written in English
✔ insert the abstract's title and choose the topic it belongs to;
✔ insert the text of the abstract in English in the appropriate field;
✔ do not exceed 250 words;
✔ Submissions must be made in plain text format (no tables, graphs, charts or images are permitted);
✔ Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors.
Please note that submitters can go back and make changes to a submitted abstract until 01 September 2018. To edit a submitted abstract please use the personalized link received in the abstract submission confirmation e-mail.
